AMR Integration Services
Connect mobile robots to your production process
Autotec helps manufacturers, AMR OEMs, distributors, and integrators turn mobile robot applications into production-ready workflows. We combine application-specific interface equipment with workflow definition, controls integration, factory readiness, and startup support.

AMR Integration Services
Controls integration for production-ready AMR workflows
Autotec connects AMRs, fleet managers, interface equipment and plant controls into coordinated material handling workflows. We develop the logic, communications and equipment handoffs needed for pickup, delivery and transfer, supported by custom interface equipment and startup services.
What We Provide
Controls & Workflow Integration
We develop and validate the control logic that coordinates AMRs with your production equipment. Our scope includes mission interactions, equipment sequencing, communication handshakes, pickup and drop-off logic, machine-ready conditions, diagnostics, and fault recovery. We address how the fleet manager, AMR, interface equipment and customer PLC communicate throughout the workflow.
Custom Interface Equipment
We design and build conveyor top modules, transfer stations, support stands and application-specific interfaces for your selected AMR platform. We also integrate scissor lifts and other equipment to meet the load, transfer and operating requirements of your application.
Installation, Startup & Validation
We coordinate installation, commissioning and site acceptance testing to verify communications, equipment handoffs and workflow response. Testing addresses normal operating sequences and selected fault and recovery scenarios within the agreed integration scope.
AMR integration service packages
Engage Autotec for a defined phase of your project or a coordinated integration scope that includes equipment and deployment support.

Pre Engineering and Workflow Definition
Establish the workflow before committing to implementation. We review material movement, pickup and drop-off requirements, interface concepts, controls assumptions, and potential workflow risks. Preliminary concepts and budgetary cost expectations help your team evaluate the application and plan the next step.
AMR Workflow Controls Integration
Develop and validate the controls, executes, and completes a material transfer. Our team develops mission interactions, equipment states, sequencing, communication handshakes, and pickup and drop-off logic. We also address fault and recovery behavior and validate the intended interaction between the fleet manager, AMRs, and interface equipment.
Factory Integration Readiness
Prepare the interface for your plant environment. We review customer PLC communication, machine-ready conditions, handoff logic, diagnostics, and applicable plant controls standards. Support can include controls architecture review, panel and power checks, and drawing updates required for the defined integration scope.
Turnkey Installation Startup and SAT Support
Bring the planned workflow onto the plant floor. Autotec coordinates installation, startup, commissioning, and site acceptance testing (SAT) support to verify equipment handoffs, controls readiness, and workflow response within the defined interface zone. Testing checks the agreed operating behavior under normal conditions and selected fault and recovery scenarios.
Custom AMR interfaces and top modules
Autotec engineers the equipment that connects mobile robots to your material handling process. From stationary lift interfaces to robot-mounted conveyor modules, we develop solutions around your load, transfer requirements, and selected AMR platform.
Custom Scissor Lift Interfaces

Autotec integrates scissor lift tables with conveyor transfer equipment, sensing, and controls to connect AMR pickup and drop-off points with production equipment at different elevations. Each interface is developed around the load, required transfer heights, available space, and surrounding process equipment.
Controls coordinate equipment readiness, lift positioning, and material transfer within the defined workflow.
Top Modules for Multiple AMR Platforms

Autotec develops custom top modules for selected AMR platforms, including applications beyond OTTO. Conveyor modules, load supports, and transfer mechanisms are engineered around the robot's mounting arrangement, payload limits, power supply, and communication requirements.
We align the module with the product and the equipment it must connect with.
Support for your project team
Autotec Solutions is a Silver Level OEM Partner in the Rockwell Automation PartnerNetwork™.

Manufacturers and End Users
Connect AMR capability with the requirements of your facility. We align the workflow, interface equipment, plant controls, and startup activities around your material handling process.
AMR OEMs and Distributors
Develop opportunities with a clearer path to deployment. Autotec helps define the equipment and plant-side integration requirements so your team can establish scope, responsibilities, and customer expectations earlier.
Controls Houses and System Integrators
Build on the controls expertise your team already provides. Autotec can define AMR workflow behavior and interface requirements while your team retains controls execution, or provide a broader integration package based on the agreed division of responsibilities.
Equipment that completes the handoff
Autotec designs and builds AMR interface conveyors, heavy-duty support stands, lift-compatible modules, and process-specific transfer equipment. Combine the right interface with the integration services needed to connect it to your operation.

Discuss your AMR integration project
Tell us what you need to move, where it needs to go, and what equipment the AMR must interact with. Whether you are evaluating an application or preparing for deployment, Autotec can help define the next step.
